Vertebral Subluxation

A vertebral subluxation is a spinal abnormality that interferes with your nerves. It can create dis-ease, lowered resistance to disease, pain, imbalance, fatigue and can pave the way for ill health. It is sometimes called the "silent killer" because it can slowly eat away at your health and vitality for years without your having the slightest awareness of it.

Doctors of chiropractic specialize in locating, analyzing and correcting vertebral subluxations.
What Exactly Is A Vertebral Subluxation?

A vertebral subluxation is a misaligned-vertebra causing interference with nerve messages between your brain and your body.

A vertebral subluxation includes the following:

Spinal Kinesiopathology
- Your vertebrae are jammed and either less mobile than they should be or, conversely, too mobile ("noisy joints"). You are unable to comfortably turn, bend or twist your neck, hips or back in every direction.

Neuropathophysiology
- Your nerves are impinged and you may feel pain, tingling, numbness and/or pins-and needles. The impulses traveling through your nerves are altered and important chemicals that flow over your nerves may be blocked.

Myopathology
- Your muscles are chronically tight, in spasm, weak, overly sensitive and/or sore.

Histopathology
- You have swelling, tenderness, "trigger points," painful spots and other soft tissue changes. Ligaments, cartilage, discs, tendons and internal organs may be affected.

Pathophysiology
- Your muscles, joints, ligaments and organs show signs of wear and tear and premature aging, fatigue, less resistance to disease and lack of physical and mental vitality.
Causes Of Subluxations

Subluxations are caused by stress: macro-stress (accidents, falls, sports injuries and other trauma) or micro-stress (repeated movements that gradually wear down your body parts, bad posture, dental work and emotional stress which can cause chronic tension). Subluxations can occur from a difficult birth and from childhood falls. It is for that reason that infants and children need spinal care; many neurological and other health problems have been traced to spinal damage at birth.

Although vertebral subluxations are the most common forms of interference with nerve messages, they are by no means the only ones. Drugs, trauma, direct pressure (when your legs or arms "go to sleep"), a stroke, broken bones, arthritis, tumors and neurological diseases such as muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, polio and cerebral palsy can also damage nerves. The most widespread and common cause of nerve irritation and interference, however, is the vertebral subluxation complex.
Correcting Subluxations

Dwell as near as possible to the channel in which your life flows.

Subluxations are so common that they can be considered an epidemic-nearly everyone has them. It is sometimes said that if you suffer from neck and back pain you're lucky-you are aware of a spinal problem and will (hopefully) go to a doctor of chiropractic for a spinal checkup. The chiropractor will not only check the areas in pain, but will throw in a "bonus" and check your entire spinal column for nerve pressure, even the areas that don't hurt. Where you feel pain may not even be where the subluxation is-the pain may be referred.

Subluxations can undermine your health just as termites can undermine the foundation of your home. By the time the kitchen floor collapses, it's too late to call the exterminator; and in the same way, by the time symptoms appear a certain amount of the damage caused by long-standing subluxations may be irreversible.

For that reason periodic spinal examinations to locate and correct vertebral subluxations should be a part of every family's health routine. Correcting silent subluxations today might save you and your family from diseases that, later in life, could not possibly be ignored.

whao this anime M-Blaq sings the 4th opening which is a well-known Korean pop group............It seems like a funny n' cute one. Maybe I'll watch the first episode soon. ^_^ Well anyway I came back home sitting on bunk-bed metal pieces that were taken apart in the van. My dad bought me a huge bag of shrimp chips that I will be eating for the next remaining week(s) while doing labour (I mean uh ...paintings and cleaning). We're gonna get some students coming for open house soon when we're done. Soooooo I'm heading to bed kinda tired from painting the washroom, door and the remaining baseboards on the walls.

So I came home from a night out with my friend sis and she treated me out to Golden Griddle and we had fun.
She also treated me to candy and kosher rice krispies (halal) ^_^ Anyway although it was rainy today it was good and then we went to her house and practiced our punches and muscles skills....lol

Anyway I feel so uptight and irritated about something which I don't know what. Tomorrow I'm going to the old house to spend time yet again painting the renting house. Dehydrated......

All night I felt so dehydrated...but when I drank water it didnt seem to help. Ugh.........it so sucks to be dehydrated. ^_^

Anyhow, last night I had a fun time with my sis(close friend) and we walked to Tim Hortons, had the Turkey Ceaser Salad combo. Was okay, then I got some chicken angles from The Great China Wall......and it was okay....and then we went into the variety store just across and I put the brown bag of chicken angles into my bag and the two Korean owners were staring us down. We were looking for some candy, and then one of the Korean owners asked to look in my bag. I showed him the bag and he said to throw it out..................I'm like I have food in here...and then he apologized and started to sing as nothing happened.........I've never stolen anything in my life and yet I was accused of stealing. People are cautious these days. Ah well...I'm innocent I promise, really...like I have no criminal record lol

Annnyway, that was an interestin' night and I failed my interview last Friday. I failed it. Im glad I failed cuz I didnt want that job anyway. ^_^ Guess I gotta look for another one. ^_^

Priming and Painting a whole house

So I just got home from 9 hours of painting a whole house with my bro and dad today....yes 9 whole hours...........of non-stop painting. Last week we had primed the house, obviously did a sloppy job but surprisingly the paint stuck right on today. This paint was a um light green colour and surprisingly it made the walls look livelier, like we all agreed it looked good. At first it looked like a neon green to me but it looked pretty damn good. Tomorrow we're gonna do the touch-ups and get the spots that need more painting. Anyhow.....I was sitting at the back in the van and there was no seats so I was just on the floor holding a dangling seat belt yet again for the second week but it was nice view, although I was moving everywhere cuz of the bumpy roads. Last week my body was in pain because we were moving heavy crap from the renting house.........some idiot and his family had to be kicked out of the house, which involved the court and the landlord sheriff to kick him out....omg He didn't pay his rent.....It was a chaotic time....and freakin left his ...crap which was his broken tv's, broken icecream cooler, messed up couch...............It was hectic. Anywaaaay....all I wanna do is sleep for a good bit and maybe watch some anime. ^_^ ...........

I feel so relieved yet not, today I had a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery awkward interview with the owner of a (Graphic Design store/company) OMG.....He was asking questions that seem like he wanted a specific answer. Anyway I felt so horrible after the interview because well...I kinda lost my senses and forgot to get off my bus to go home. Anyway, I feel so stupid for being so naive and feel kinda taken advantage of. Why are people so...I dont even know what the word is....I guess thats how businesses work. They want to achieve and gather good people to make more money. Anyway enough of this awkward AWKWARD interview. I felt then and there it was just not right for me and I wanted to walk away from the opportunity. Well whatever right? lol Now tomorrow or monday gotta walk in and give him a thank-you letter. This will be personally given to him if hes there and more awkwardness. I felt so miserable and wrong in every possible way imagined. I wanted to go home, throw pillows on my bed and just bury myself in the covers.

So today I did absolutely nothing but I watched Moulin Rouge ..........I was streaming it online until it cut off until almost the end, now I have to wait until a few hours to watch the ending. So...my heart feels like its life is sucking alway slowly...........past two months ago was drama from hell and back to earth. Maybe I'm exaggerating but its how I felt towards it....Things are going back to regular pace and now I'm dealing with being emotionally unstable with financial, love and friendship....

People are fat liars, literally fat ass liars........well the people I've dealt with anyway, bleh~ Anyway, I keep forgetting that I'm getting older by the second literally and my left shoulder is cramping up badly. I went to a massage therapist two years ago and they told me my upper back on the left was dislocated and that I should get a chiropracter to check it out. I just felt like writing a blog, though not as deep as a diary, I feel like writing my thoughts out sometimes and maybe even getting responses from people. Maybe it would be fun to see who reads this? Heh...

Sooooo....recently I've been collecting too many anime pictures and working on trying to create a contacts page for my website. I've been meaning to create a contacts form so people can submit comments....but now I gotta learn a new database program so I can do it. ^_^' Welp, I think I'm done for today, when I get my site finished, I might post it here later~~~ Ah and I'll be making an Anime site from scratch, placing all my favourite pictures, what animes I'm watching etc and etc...........................I'm going to get back to work on this project/portfolio... should've been done in two years..........
